I grew up in the Reno/Sparks area of northern Nevada. I obtained my real estate license in 1994 and upgraded it to Brokers license a few years later.  I was extremely fortunate to have found some amazing mentors. They taught me a lot of the technical aspects of the actual real estate business itself, not just how to be a salesperson. As a result, I have extensive knowledge in creative real estate and have done all types of transactions that range from structuring partnerships to build out a 370 unit subdivision to using a used pickup truck as down payment on a condo. Helping people achieve their real estate goals is serious and exciting.
